FACT OR FICTION: Is cracking your knuckles actually bad for you? 🤔

Dr. Carlos breaks it down 👉
Joint noises are super common — especially in areas like the neck, shoulders, or hands. And while the sounds can feel alarming, they’re usually nothing to worry about.
Most of the time, that “crack” is simply air escaping the joint, and it comes right back. It’s a normal part of how our bodies move, not a sign of damage.

What can cause problems is when fear of the noise makes you stop moving altogether. Movement is almost always the best thing you can do.
