Postpartum is hard. And we know it can feel even harder when you're struggling with postpartum depression and/or anxiety.

If you or someone you know are feeling anxious, down, or overwhelmed in the months after birth or adoption and would benefit from a safe, supportive space to learn skills, share experiences, and begin finding balance, consider joining our therapist-led small group, which will begin in January 2026.

Our team spent a cozy Fall afternoon with Homeward Trails Animal Rescue, meeting their adorable adoptable pups and supporting their mission to rehome thousands of dogs (and cats!) rescued from under-resourced communities. Have you ever seen this toy? Often found in the office of a child or adolescent therapist, the Hoberman Sphere is a special structure that relies on many interconnected parts working in harmony to expand and contract smoothly. Used to teach mindful breathing, it also represents how each of us rely on many different pieces and parts of our inner world to work in sync each day.
