This was part of and Derek Smith’s warm up for strength training session before practice on Thursday. Volleyball on court work is high right now so we need days off. Rest and recovery vital so we train before practice.

Shown are band assisted pogo jumps and rotational power work with a medball.

Goals: prep the nervous system for
the training session and develop reactive strength and rotational power. So important for volleyball players!
