Happy 40th to this beautiful soul! We met and became fast friends only 9 short years ago and since then we have both grown and changed sooo much! But we got to do it together! We have leaned on each other in good times and bad - within our friendship and our lives. We were just talking about how this is such a mature and evolved friendship. 🤣 I definitely wouldn’t want to do life without her! So grateful to have her! Happy 40th, Jen! 💖

I stopped into the studio this morning to drop off my November offerings flyer. Check out alll the cool stuff happening this month ! So many goodies! Whether you like yoga or dance or Pilates or gathering with women to be witchy and make cool stuff….there is something for you here. Studio She is just 4 months young - we’re just getting started!

Eight chances to take a class with me this month. I am excited to offer some new classes - Candlelight Flow + Stretch on Mondays at 6:30pm starting on the 10th and a collab with for a Candlelight Flow + Stretch with Soundbath on the 30th. 🤩

Tomorrow! ✨ Vinyasa flow from 7-8am and then at 9:30 the Yoga Foundations class series starts! I am really excited to bring this type of class to Studio She. People have been asking for a beginner class and this is it! We will do a little breath work and then break down some postures and put them in a little flow. Went to tonight to take my friend Mitzi ’s yoga classes. Sooo gooood. I haven’t taken a hot class in almost 2 years. 🔥 I always feel so strong and refreshed when I am done. Bonus that I also got to see my friend Ruth too! So bummed we forgot a picture. 🥲

This is what yoga is about to me. Connection - to ourselves and our community. Studios supporting studios and teachers supporting teachers. Taking yoga field trips to other studios and classes is the best! Always learning and growing. 💗
