We are so thankful that God has blessed us with a location here in Alexandria, and are looking forward to continuing to serve Central Louisiana and the surrounding areas. We provide Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapy services, as well as equine-assisted therapy and adaptive music lessons. Our skilled therapists are trained in areas including: ADHD, Autism, Assistive Technology, Behavioral Modification, Brachial Plexus Injuries, CP, DS, PDD, Developmental Delays, Handwriting, Apraxia, Oral Motor Skills, Prematurity, Sensory Integration, Social Skills, Toe-Walking, Torticollis, Myofascial Release, Swallowing, Feeding, Reading/Literacy, Auditory Processing, Toileting, Visual-Motor Integration, and Phonological Awareness. We accept most major insurances, as well as all Louisiana Medicaid Bayou Health plans. We also offer affordable private-pay options when needed. Patients are required to be fever-free for at least 24 hours prior to their appointment. If there is COVID or influenza illness within the household, please keep the patient at home. Our facility serves immunocompromised patients, & these precautions are necessary for their safety.

💚 Please notify our office staff as soon as possible if the patient is ill or has been exposed.
