We trained the providers of Infant Toddler Family Day Care (ITFDC) — a well-established network of family child care providers serving Fairfax and the surrounding communities.
ITFDC providers care for infants and toddlers every day, and this training ensures they’re prepared to respond when it matters most. This partnership is personal for us — our own son was cared for by an ITFDC provider as a baby, and now he’s a teenager.

🚨 Kicking off the new year with Arlington County Parks & Recreation 🚨
We were proud to deliver an exclusive American Red Cross Adult, Child & Infant CPR/AED and First Aid (R.25) training at Rubber Run Rec Center for the incredible team at Arlington County Parks & Recreation.
Arlington County Parks & Recreation plays a vital role in the community—providing safe, welcoming spaces, recreation programs, and services that support residents of all ages year-round. Ensuring their staff are trained and prepared for emergencies strengthens not only their facilities, but the entire Arlington community.
Participants trained in bleeding control 🩸, choking response, adult, child, & infant CPR ❤️, and AED use ⚡, gaining hands-on lifesaving skills they can confidently use across Arlington’s parks, programs, and recreation centers.
This training was led by our experienced instructors Greg and Mitch, with Mitch bringing valuable EMT 🚑 field experience to the classroom—bridging real-world emergencies with effective response training.
As the exclusive training provider for Parks & Recreation, this marks the first of many trainings we’ll be conducting throughout the county in the year ahead.
