As we wrap up this incredible year, we can’t help but feel overwhelmingly grateful. 2025 was filled with milestones, growth, firsts, laughter, and a whole lot of teamwork.

👏 Big accomplishments worth celebrating:
• Dr. Leddy was named Chair of the AAOS Board of Councilors
• We proudly welcomed Dr. Rashad Sullivan to Mid State Orthopaedic
• Dr. Parsons performed the first Ultrasound-Guided Carpal Tunnel Release in Louisiana
• Dr. Garrison performed the first Oxford Cementless Partial Knee Replacement in Louisiana
• Dr. Rogenmoser began performing EMG studies at our Shreveport location at The Specialist Hospital
• Dr. Oas was named Rapides Regional Medical Center’s Head of Surgery
• Dr. Sullivan was inducted into Florida State University’s 2025 Alumni Hall of Fame
• Two of our teammates welcomed new babies 👶🍼
•We watched our beautiful billing manager walk down the aisle to marry her Prince Charming.
• We celebrated the groundbreaking of the MSO Surgical Center
• We welcomed Physical Therapist Anne Peery to our team

💙Community matters to us:
Volunteered at Cody Ford’s football camp, greeting students at Hayden R. Lawrence, partnering with Blue Cliff College at a job fair, hosting Chris Rich High School Physical Day, and providing college physicals for Louisiana Christian University; serving our community continues to be at the heart of what we do.

🚀 Looking Ahead to 2026:
We’re excited for what’s next, including the anticipated opening of our new Surgery Center in September 2026. We can’t wait to see what other amazing opportunities, innovations, and honors await Mid State Orthopaedic and our physicians in the year ahead.

📍 On-site EMG & Nerve Conduction Testing is now available at Specialist Hospital Shreveport.

Mid State Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine now offers EMG and nerve conduction studies performed by William David Rogenmoser, DO, board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.

These tests help diagnose nerve and muscle conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, radiculopathy, and other neuromuscular issues—supporting faster, more efficient care.
