We are so proud of our employee-owned KRHC Cares Committee for their generous monthly donations to local non-profits! The most recent organization the committee chose to support was the Algona BARK School Food Pantry. A check for $440 was presented to James Rotert, AMS Principal and Crystal Bronson, Special Ed Associate and BARK Coordinator.

This amazing program supports students facing food insecurity. Its mission is to provide easy access to food and other essential items for students in need, ensuring they don't have to navigate complex processes to receive assistance.

Looking for Local Heroes 🌟

In honor of Donate Life Month, we’re proud to once again highlight the inspiring stories of our local organ donation heroes. These selfless individuals have made a life‑saving impact in our community, and we’re honored to celebrate them throughout the month.

This year, we’ll be re‑sharing our Local Hero stories from last year—and we’d also love to feature new stories from our community. If organ donation has touched your life or the life of someone you love, we invite you to share your story with us. 💚

While we may not be able to use every submission, we truly appreciate each story shared and the opportunity to honor these meaningful experiences.
