Today, we want to highlight and celebrate someone who embodies the heart of this work every single day — Kathy Dearchs, LISW our Community Health and Hospice Social Worker.
Kathy brings compassion, clarity, and calm to some of the most meaningful and challenging moments our patients and their loved ones face. Whether she is guiding families through difficult decisions, coordinating resources, or providing a steady, reassuring presence, Kathy approaches every interaction with empathy and professionalism that truly reflect the mission of KRHC.
Her dedication ensures that those we serve feel supported, understood, and never alone. Kathy’s work often happens quietly and behind the scenes, but its impact is profound and deeply felt across our organization and throughout Kossuth County.
