To better serve all of our clients at Rein Aesthetics & Wellness, we have updated our booking policies and will be strictly enforcing the following:

• $35 booking fee required to secure all appointments
(non refundable)
• 15+ minutes late = 20% of scheduled service charge + appointment will need to be rescheduled
• $50 no-call / no-show fee
🚨 All outstanding fees must be paid before rebooking

These policies are in place to be fair to everyone. When appointments are held without a booking fee and someone doesn’t show, it prevents another client — who may be ready and waiting — from receiving that spot.

We deeply value your time and ask that you respect ours, as well as the time of other clients wanting appointments 🤍
