Good evening everyone and happy holidays. Wanted to put out a somewhat early note while we progressively move into the future. At the moment our third truck is in repairs with a positive outlook in the coming weeks and by the new year we are looking to run all 3 trucks full time. This being said we are going to begin accepting applications for another light duty rollback operator.

This is a starting position but applicants must be have a general knowledge of transporting vehicles and a strong ability to learn. They must be able to learn, adapt, and problem solve as needed. A candidate must understand that this an all weather and dirty job with varying hours. We avoid roadside tows as we focus on transports to/from sales/dealers. This position is full time with priority in assisting the other trucks when needed and filling in time with assorted "busy work" tows. This is a fully commission based position where I will make sure you hit a minimum commission per day if you give me a solid 8-10 hrs of work. Must be able to back up a trailer as we use our wheel lifts quite a bit and if a truck is down for maintenance we revert to a pickup/trailer.
Must have a clean background/driving history, and be able to pass a drug test.

Within the next couple weeks we would like to put a butt in the truck with one of us for training so by the first of the year we can have everyone running up to speed.

Hate when we have to tow one of our own trucks but this time it is finally headed to get its new engine. Pretty soon we will have a fleet of 3 trucks running full time working off the investment we have made!

"Go big or go home"
A quote that has kicked us down yet raised us up. We get beat down then double down to get back up.
Most of the decisions we have been forced to make were not when we wanted to or necessarily how we wanted to, but in adversity we can either push through or back down.
A few weeks ago our small rollback truck suffered a major breakdown that has it out of commission for a while. Although we still have my pickup and single car trailer to help fill in when needed, it by no means can accommodate the workload necessary to keep the clients and bill collectors happy.
That being said we made the decision to "Go big," and we purchased a 3rd truck to add to the fleet. It is a bit older but for the past couple weeks it has been keeping up the pace with Matthew Mohrman at the wheel. We still have our other small rollback but it'll be down until repairs can be made at which case we can determine how to move forward with our 3 trucks.
Thank you to everyone that has provided so much support and we can't wait to see what tomorrow holds (as long as it isn't another breakdown).

Our babys absolutely love everything to do with trucks, tow trucks, and what their daddy does.
So when we ordered the guys new rain coats we couldn't help but get some for the future of the business and boy was it a hit. They had to flaunt them all over town last night making sure everyone everywhere took note of how cool their coats looked.
Definitely makes us happy to be building a business and name that they can be proud to show off.

-Salary/commission with a base pay of $40-60k per year dependent on value brought to the company
-Must be approved by our insurance
-Professionalism is major
-Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast paced business with the ability to adapt and manage hurdles as they come is key
-Must have a general knowledge of vehicles preferably with towing experience but will train
-Must be able to repeatedly pass random 3rd party drug tests (including ma*****na as this is a commercial driving job)

We are located in Aliquippa Pa and operate within a 300 mile radius (usually under 150).

Unlike other tow companies we avoid roadside assistance and repos while sticking primarily to our established clientele by transporting automobiles in and out of auctions.

We are a very fast paced company usually booked days in advance and working 10-12 hours a day 5-6 days a week.

We work in nearly all weather and adapt as needed if necessary. Our clients use us for our capabilities to move both quantity and quality so we do whats needed to get the job done in a timely manner.

At this time we do not offer any kind of benefits and everything we do is 100% on the books. We get paid via check or direct deposit weekly. We are also up to date on all federal and state regulations regarding employment and require any prospective employees to be able to pass a drug and background test. All employees must be approved by our insurance prior to operating a vehicle.

Any prospective employee should be able to work with a sense of urgency to hit the necessary goals. They should be able to maintain a professional attitude and appearance regardless of where they are or what the situation is.

A CDL is not required to drive our smaller rollback, however a medical card is so prior to driving one would need to be obtained.

We haul anything from scrap to high end automobiles, so any employee must be able to find and apply proper techniques to load and secure vehicles.

Experience is a plus but must also be willing to adapt. Again, we work faster than most tow companies and may have different ways of getting things done.

Not everything we haul is pretty and employee must understand that we get to haul the stuff you see on the news...

A general knowledge of automobiles, ability to drive a truck of that size, ability to hustle everyday, and ability to adapt and learn are requirements.
