Hi there! Wondering who I am and what I do? My name is Sarah Mercer and I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. As a health coach I help people to discover and achieve their goals, specifically in regards to health and wellness. We achieve these goals largely through lifestyle and dietary changes, focusing on small and easy steps. I believe that each person is different and respect that bio-individuality. And therefore I meet each person as they are, where they are, helping them to find the nutritional plan and lifestyle plan that fits who they are. Could one conversation change your life?

It’s been some time and a lot has changed. I’ve learned a lot and gone on quite the personal journey the last few years. I’ve discovered a better me, and learned what is most important. But of all the things that have changed, creating a positive impact on others isn’t one of them. With that, I’m excited to resume coaching sessions with a renewed outlook!
