Pan-Roasted Scallops with celeriac cream sauce, fine herb pesto and potatoes dauphinoise.
Chateaubriand with bearnaise sauce, potatoes Dauphinoise and jumbo asparagus
Lobster Ravioli with Tarragon Beurre Blanc with peas and sun dried tomatoes
Bouillabaisse a seafood stew with mussels, clams, scallops, shrimp and white fish.
and lastly,
Pan-Roasted chicken Breast served with wild mushroom-sherry cream sauce, potatoes dauphinoise and jumbo asparagus.
