A space for the community to relax, restore and reduce muscle tension through therapeutic massage. Whether you want to relax, work on tension & stress relief, pain reduction, joint mobility and many other benefits - we are here to help. We schedule our sessions by time preference. You get the full amount of hands on work scheduled. Through the health intake form and our discussion with you at the beginning of your appointment, we assess and use that knowledge to give you the best treatment at that time. We combine our continuing education knowledge (specialties) in to your session, rather than choosing add-ons, as we find that can get confusing for clients and we may have a technique that would benefit your health. Pregnancy massage is the only other option besides the time preferences and is available with Karen, as she has specific knowledge and setup for this. Chronic stress has a funny way of sneaking into our lives. Before you know it.. it unpacks its bags, rearranges the furniture and sets up permanent residence 😳 Here’s the truth: life starts feeling a lot better when your gently start taking steps to es**rt stress out the door, making room for calm, presence and actual joy.

Reducing chronic stress is important! It helps you enjoy the good stuff. Like your favorite people, favorite foods, and the days that smell like fresh coffee and possibility ☕️
It pulls you back into the moment instead of living five steps ahead in the land of “what ifs”.
It gives your body & mind a break so they can function the way they’re meant to. Yup, those shoulders are supposed to be below your ears 😅

Massage is a powerful tool for stress management. It helps lower cortisol, relax tight muscles, improve sleep, boost mood, & remind your nervous system that it’s safe to stop ‘panic mode’. Plus, you get an hour where no one is asking you for anything! Bliss 😊

Getting out in nature (bundle up - it’s still good for you) and getting consistent with sleep is also super important!

Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish. It’s essential. The world feels lighter and life feels fuller when we slow down long enough to actually experience it.

We’re so glad you’re choosing to be on our table! Here’s a quick guide to help you feel comfortable & confident for your first visit:

🌿Appointment Only
We are by appointment only. You can find the link to book on our page or website. Please be sure to fill out the intake form that is emailed to you before your session. This helps us tailor your massage to your specific needs.

🌿Arrival
Give yourself a few extra minutes to arrive early, use the restroom and we’ll meet you up front in the waiting area.

🌿Before the Massage
We’ll head over to the room & your massage therapist will chat with you about any health concerns, preferences and goals for the session. Together, we can create a plan that fits you best.

🌿Massage Time!
Once your therapist has left the room, undress to your comfort level and get under the sheet & blanket. Your therapist will knock before entering to ensure your privacy.
Throughout the massage, please don’t hesitate to let your LMT know if you’d like any adjustments, whether it’s pressure, temperature or extra bolsters for support.

Our goal is to have you feeling relaxed, cared for and refreshed ✨

Another great tip 😌 Focus on slow, deep breaths. Let your body feel heavy and melt into the table. The more you can let go and avoid holding or tensing up will help your massage therapist work more effectively.

You’re not alone. Neck tension is one of the most common complaints we hear. Whether it’s from long hours on the computer/phone, stress, or poor posture, neck tension can sneak up quickly. Here are some simple ways to help ease it:

🌿Upper Trap Stretch
Sit tall, gently tilt your head to one side (ear to shoulder), hold for 20-30 seconds. Use your hand for a deeper stretch if needed. Repeat on the other side.

🌿Heat Therapy
A warm compress or heating pad can help increase circulation and soften tight muscles. Try this for 10-15 minutes.

🌿Strengthen
Stand or sit up straight. Squeeze your shoulder blades together (like your pinching a pencil between them), hold for 5 seconds, then release. Repeat this 10-15 times. This can help support better posture and reduce strain on the neck.

✨Regular self care goes a long way, but sometimes your body needs a little extra support.

🧘🏼‍♀️ Choose a Point of Focus
Gently rest your attention on your breath, a mantra, a visual object, or an image. Let it anchor you in the present moment.

🌬️ Breathe Deeply & Relax
Let your breath be natural, deep and unforced. This helps activate your body’s relaxation response.

🌿 Find a Quiet Setting
Especially as a beginner, minimize distractions. A peaceful environment supports inward focus.

🪑 Sit Comfortably, Spine Erect
You don’t need to twist yourself into a pretzel! Just sit in a position where your back is straight & your body feels stable, yet relaxed.

🍃 Meditate on an Empty Stomach
A light, empty stomach keeps you alert and less sluggish during practice.

🧘‍♂️Too Restless or Lethargic? Try some Yoga First
