Living in Texas means that once a year for a week all of Texas shuts down for ice weather. For some reason we don’t treat the roads till days after the storm and we don’t prep the roads at all before hand . So anyways. This is my neighborhood up north. I’ll be back Wednesday 👀🫣im too scared to drive. And honestly it’s mostly that I’m afraid of other drivers.

I have a few haircut appointments left available for today. Then I will be closed till Tuesday because I am a Texan and I am not built for ice driving. Next week is filling up fast ! If y’all need y’all’s hair done before valentines, get that appointment in ASAP!

It’s going to be itchy. As long as it doesn’t burn, we are good. But it is a literal chemical on your head. It will be irritating. I try to keep it off the scalp as much as possible because the lightener will swell and touch closer to scalp eventually anyway. The lightener will inevitably touch and become itchy.
