We’re wrapping up October as ADHD awareness month, and while neurodivergent attention can come with a set of unique challenges among the individual sufferer, there can be so much strength in simply knowing you’re not alone and doing what you can to seek support and maximize the strengths built in to this variation in attention-type. To a year of worrying less about perceptions, creating and strategizing more flexibly, and loving the exact version of yourself that exists in each present moment - may it be your best year yet.
