When you combine purpose, poise, community, and service, and top it off with a beautiful fundraiser….. I don’t think it gets any better 💚🤍

I could not be more proud to serve my community with my Links Chapter.

We work hard, play hard, and celebrate each other in the most fabulous way!!!

And yes my curls were poppin…….. I could not stop shaking my head 😜🤪😜

✨I SAID WHAT I SAID✨

Anyone can give skincare advice - hmmm definitely not true. There are many who try and many who fail. Check their qualifications. Check their training.

Acne is just “oily skin” - it is so much more than that. Hormones. Environment. Stress. Too many products. I could go on and on.

If it tingles, it’s working - Wrong! That usually means your skin barrier is compromised.

Hair loss isn’t a medical concern/diagnosis)
(This is for the insurance companies) - B/c for some reason they still try to say some forms of hair loss are “cosmetic.”

Skincare = 10 steps. Simple will always be better.More products ≠ better skin. Consistency and the right ingredients matter more than quantity.

One skincare routine fits all - We each have unique skincare concerns and goals. So partner with your professional to get the right products before you spend countless money on products that do not work.

Skincare isn’t about trends—it’s about science, personalization, and skin health.

As chair of the Mentorship Committee it always fills my heart with joy to see this collage of recently matched URiM students who will soon be my fellow dermatology colleagues. ⁣

The last four years have been a labor of love spearheading this committee and matching students with dermatologists to guide them during their clerkships, inspire them on their rotations, and motivate them to stand as a prepared applicant to match into Dermatology.⁣

To the student volunteers… none of this would be possible, without your tireless efforts of putting together newsletters, flyers, and PowerPoints, as we prepared for each webinar over the last year.⁣

To the mentos and webinar panelists… thank you for volunteering your time and efforts to pour into each student.⁣

To the executive board .a … thank you for your leadership and trusting both myself and for leading the committee this year.⁣
