Kate and Joe wrote this “freehand” so to speak because today we have the privilege of celebrating a truly special milestone and person.
Linda joined CEPT a decade ago as our Front Desk Coordinator. From her initial days we knew there was something different about Linda and while we are wrong on our share of occasions, this one Kate and I are proud to say we were right! We found that she was not here just to do a job, but she bought into what we wanted to do and helped us to build something meaningful. Through her passion to find solutions and a relentless drive to get things right the first time, Linda quickly grew into the role of Senior Office Coordinator to Manager, Director of Process Management and to her current role as Director of Clinical Operations, where she has helped shape Cutting Edge into what it is today.
Her out of the box thinking has allowed us to grow smarter, stronger, and more efficient.
One of Linda’s greatest strengths is her devotion to her family, which is at the forefront of her integrity. She protects the standards and culture of Cutting Edge fiercely and thoughtfully. She is often the cheerleader behind new initiatives, the designer of better processes (improving in a lot of cases things she initially developed), and the forward thinking ensuring we move forward the right way.
Linda, your impact is woven into the foundation of this company. Because of you, we are better organized, more strategic, and more prepared to assist families.
