We are open and have appointments available today and tomorrow until noon. December 22nd and December 23rd. If you need something and are unable to come in, you will need to have a televisit at minimum. You WILL need to call the clinic and get on the schedule. We will make sure everyone is taking care of!

OSSAA Requires school physicals prior to participation and they will be offered this week.

Allen school Physicals will be Tuesday July 8th 8:00am -10:00 am and Thursday July 10th evening 4:00 pm-6:00 pm at the new gym. You have to have the physical forms signed by your parents BEFORE you can have a physical. You will need to bring all signed forms with you when you come.

If you are currently undergoing treatment by any specialist (such as orthopedic), you will need to present for a physical after your full release and with the release in writing.

You may have received a notice from Blue Cross Blue Shield saying that I am no longer in network. It was an error and they have corrected the problem. There will be no issues and I am in network.

Also for any insurance holder, if I am not in network with your insurance, I will get in network! I would be glad to take care of you! If we can’t get in network, we will wave out of network fees so it won’t cost you any different! ❤️

Now is when I need you! This will take you less than 1 minute. (Don’t make me call each of you who owe me personally 😜)

I need each of you to personally send an email (hold down the QR code and it will populate for you!) Just say please vote yes for HB 2298. A nurse practitioner has……. (created access to healthcare by being local) or whatever comes to mind……

HB 2298 removes barriers to practice. This bill is critical to allow nurse practitioners to continue to practice (the same as we do now) just more cost efficiently.

Happy Owner Day today! I have owned the clinic 8 years today and I have loved every minute! We will also celebrate this year that our clinic has been open 50 years without any closures or lapse in care!

Allen School sports physicals were today and will be again tomorrow. Tuesday July 23th 10:00-12:00 and 2:00-4:00. Walk in basis, FREE. Your form must be signed by your parents. We will work you between our regularly schedule patients so please be patient, but know we will move you through as quickly as possible.
