We’re so excited to announce our sponsorship with for a special All-Abilities yoga series!

This OT-inspired series supports kids of all abilities through movement and regulation offered in a welcoming, sensory-aware environment. A beautiful way for kids to build confidence and practice regulation skills exactly as they are.

You’ll also have a Q&A session with a therapist from to learn practical strategies that can be used!

Kids Holiday Vendor Boutique 🛍 this year, we’ll be at ‘s Makers Market - come shop HANDMADE treasures from our little entrepreneurs! Perfect for teachers, parents, stocking stuffers, and anyone who loves something crafted with heart.

In the past, our kids have sold: resin trays, bookmarks, stickers, keychains, and more. If your child wants to join as a young entrepreneur, please message us!

FAMILY YOGA 🪷🪷🪷 We’re partnering with for a Family Yoga session! This workshop is focused on co-regulation and healthy coping for the whole family. You’ll learn practical tools to regulate your nervous system WITH your kids - staying calm, modeling healthy coping, and building connection instead of tension.

I’m so excited to welcome another amazing teacher to our team. 🥰

Kristi and I went through our 200 hour yoga certification together 10 years ago. I knew back then she would be an amazing teacher so I’m honored to have her join us as a free range teacher - her athleticism is incredible and her creative classes will keep you challenged. You can find her at our studio teaching free range yoga starting next Tuesday 11/11 @ 9:30am.
