Meet Adrienne Weiner, who recently completed their rehab journey at Allendale and is ready to head to her home at Allendale Senior living, completing her continuum of care. Here is the positive experience she had within our rehab:

From administration to housekeeping, each team member makes a difference every day. Jen Puleo, our Regional Director of Operations, loves working with an incredible team that prioritizes patients first. Harry Benson, our Director of Housekeeping, prides himself with keeping the center clean and pristine for staff and residents.

Santa’s Helpers are here for you and your loved ones this holiday season at Allendale Rehab!

From therapy to nursing to care coordination, our team makes a difference every day. Jill Smith, Director of Physical Therapy, loves the strong sense of community and energy at Allendale. Michael Ellsworth, Unit Manager, values helping patients recover and return home, while Jay, one of our seasoned physical therapists, says after 18 years he still loves helping people be their best.

Subacute nurse Amanda shares that it fills her heart to support residents through rehabilitation, and Arlin Booker, Clinical Liaison, with Ryan Pro, Director of Sales, remind us that “we don’t just place patients, we connect them to the industry’s best care.”
