In a dimly lit studio illuminated by candlelight, Kimberly will lead you through an hour of guided meditation to bring your body into a state of deep relaxation. 40 minutes of Nidra is the equivalent of 4 hours of peaceful restful sleep.
A form of hypnosis, Yoga Nidra brings you to a space of energetic weightlessness, where you remain on the cusp of sleep— awake and aware— With her voice as your guide you will be led on a journey through a full body, crown to root release, followed by breath isolation and visualization.
