You know, when you step into my massage room, you’re not just entering another business.

You’re entering my sacred space.

Rapha Massage Therapy has been God’s refuge for me. For years, this was where I ran when I didn’t feel safe. This was where I stayed when my heart needed comfort. I have slept here, cried here, laughed here, worshipped here. I fell apart here and also where He pieced me back together.

This is where I met with the Holy Spirit.
This is where I prayed.
This is where I healed.
This is where He meets me.

So this isn’t a gimmick. It isn’t “Christianese.” It isn’t a niche.

Rapha isn’t just a location — it’s home. It’s my refuge. It’s the sacred place where I spend my most precious time with the Lord.

That’s why when I care for you, it’s more than a profession. What I share with you in this room is something deeper — it is an overflow of His immeasurable love.

He used my brokenness, my failures, my weaknesses, to reveal that He alone can Heal… deeply, lovingly, completely.
If you ever doubt He can love you, just know I was just a gullible, abused waitress who one day asked Him to use me to bring glory to His name. And that’s what He did. And that’s why I praise.

Hi there! Allow me to reintroduce myself. My name is Joy. I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2018, and over the years, I’ve come to realize that my work is far more meaningful than I ever imagined.

Through the power of healing touch—combined with love, holy intentions, and excellence —I’ve witnessed something sacred. I’ve seen people who were drained and weary find restoration. I’ve seen those who have carried strength their entire lives finally feel safe enough to rest. I’ve experienced firsthand the difference between simply doing a job and truly loving what you do.

Massage therapy, for me, is not just about muscle relief. It is about creating an atmosphere where people feel seen, valued, and cared for. I believe I’ve been given a rare and beautiful opportunity by the Lord to extend His compassion to the weary — to recognize the unseen stories people carry and honor them with gentleness.

Having experienced the wounds of rejection and abuse myself, I also know what it means to receive unconditional love through Christ. That love changed me. It restored me. And now, it overflows into the way I serve others.

My mission is not only to offer healing through touch, but to create space where my clients can reconnect with themselves, feel safe in their bodies, and remember their worth.

Things My Clients Do That Would Make Me Blush as Their Massage Therapist
1. Booking their next appointment before they even leave. Like… you enjoyed it that much? Stoppp 🥹
2. Actually booking in advance instead of last minute.
The respect for my schedule? The planning? Elite behavior.
3. Telling their friends about me.
“My massage therapist is amazing.” 💕
Sir/ma’am, I will pretend to be calm but internally I’m twirling.
4. Showing up 5–10 minutes early.
5. Drinking water like I told them to. When they come back hydrated and say, “I’ve been stretching too.” Oh? You listen to me? 🫠
6. Leaving a thoughtful review.
Not just “good.”But describing how they felt after? That’s love language.
7. Respecting boundaries without being reminded.
Clear communication. Professional energy. Nothing makes a therapist glow more.
8. Taking deep breaths the moment the session starts.
