✅ Use the SMART framework: make your goals Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bound. For example: “Meditate 10 minutes every morning for the next 30 days.”
🛁 Prioritize self-care — whether it’s a walk, a cozy read, a hobby, or a chill evening. Small daily rituals make a big difference over time.
🤝 Lean on support when you need it: talk with friends, family — or even a therapist — because you don’t have to go it alone.
