Happy New Year! 🎆
We often talk about “moving on,” but I prefer the idea of moving with. Every step we take carries the weight and the warmth of those who walked before us.
Before he passed, my stride was tethered to my father’s. Alzheimer’s changes the way you walk. It forces a slower, heavier rhythm. But in that slow pace, I learned more about love and endurance than I ever did at a full sprint.
This May, I finally get to share the full map of that journey with you in my memoir, Walking With Dad.
The road isn’t always easy, but the company makes it worth the miles. Here is to a year of meaningful forward motion and thank you for being a part of it!🚶‍♀️
