On Wednesday December 4th 2025 we accompanied CL and CM to The Annual Whitehall Hall Christmas Tree lighting. During the community outing the individuals engaged in the enjoyable experience of exploring the holiday activity. The entertaining event included festival decorations, two beautifully lit trees, one outdoor tree and the other indoor 🌲.
Police cars and Firefighters Trucks escorted in Santa in an entourage with sirens 🚨 and lights on. CM enjoyed seeing the Police men and police cars, he saluted them with lots of excitement. The police reminded us that they were giving free hot chocolate at the vendor parked by. They both enjoyed sipping the hot chocolate on that cold outdoor event.They also enjoyed meeting Santa who also captured their attention at the event.
Overall the outing supported the individual in socialization, communication engagement , goals and comfort navigating public environment.
