Hi, I’m Jan Costa, BSN, RN — founder of Just Aesthetic Nursing and the Institute of Injectables.
What started as a vision to create a different kind of med spa has grown into something much bigger than I ever imagined.
Just Aesthetic Nursing was built intentionally — not just as a business, but as a culture. A place where women are trained thoroughly, supported fully, and held to the highest clinical standards. A place where growth isn’t competitive — it’s collaborative.
We built a brand rooted in:

• Anatomy over trends
• Integrity over shortcuts
And because of that commitment, it flourished.
But success without succession means nothing.
That’s why I created the Institute of Injectables — to raise the standard beyond our walls. To give injectors real anatomical education. To create confident, competent providers. To ensure women entering this industry are prepared, protected, and powerful.
I believe:

If you plan to lead, you should lift.
