It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our long time colleague and friend, Mike Schultz. Mike was part of IWS since day one, and his steady presence, work ethic, and genuine care for the people around him made a lasting impact on our team, our culture, and customers. While Mike leaves a significant void, we will honor his legacy by continuing to serve with the same commitment and integrity he brought to work every day. It is what he would want, and he will never be forgotten.

During this difficult time, please keep Mike’s family in your thoughts and support them in every way you can, as we will.
