Don't forget to get your annual screening mammogram (ages 40+), and to do your monthly self-breast exams!
Also know that some insurance plans pay for one baseline mammogram between the ages of 35-40.
If you are high-risk (family history of breast/ovarian cancer), talk to your physician about additional screening tests such as ultrasound and breast MRI.
