Our Move Manager - Kim, was incredibly organized, kind, patient and helped us understand what to expect throughout the whole process. The team of ladies who packed Mom's belongings were very careful, respectful and caring. SMBD handled everything, even scheduling a mover to come in and transport her belongings. WOW, what an incredible weekend we had at NASMM 2025 Annual Conference! The theme was "Inspire, Integrate, Innovate" and we definitely feel inspired!✨

Jill and Lindsay jetted off to Dallas 🤠 for three fantastic days of learning, connecting, and brainstorming with our colleagues from all over the US and Canada. They presented a learning lab 🤓 (speaking together, for the first time!) on hiring & developing your dream team, and it was a huge success! They were also recognized as having an exceptional social media presence, and celebrated of for her well-deserved Margit Novack Award 🏆. Finally, they filled every free minute connecting with our friends and partners at Isaac's Moving & Storage Philadelphia, Bquest, MaxSold, LivNow Relocation, and more, and can't wait to nurture all their NEW connections for personal and professional growth going forward. (Plus, they managed to squeeze in some quality mother-daughter time too!)
