The weather is starting to get nicer, and I’m noticing many of my clients getting back outside again — running, hiking, taking longer walks, or getting back into the gym after a slower winter season.
While it feels great to start moving more, our muscles don’t always love the sudden jump in activity. That’s usually when soreness, tightness, or those stubborn muscle knots start showing up.
Recovery is just as important as the workout.
Massage can help by:
• Increasing circulation to tired muscles
• Reducing soreness after runs or workouts
• Improving flexibility and mobility
• Breaking down tension and muscle knots
• Helping prevent small aches from turning into bigger injuries
I’ve been practicing massage therapy since 2016, and over the past 10 years I’ve worked with many clients who want to stay active while keeping their bodies feeling their best.
One of the best parts of mobile massage is that I bring the massage to you, so you can relax and recover in your own home after a long run, workout, or busy day.
As we start getting outside more again, don’t forget that taking care of your body should be part of the routine too.
