It’s a good day! Every morning I start my day with green match tea (fight/prevent cancer by disrupting the metabolism of cancer stem cells) a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (helps lower your blood sugar first thing in the morning, reducing sugar cravings) and a squeeze of lemon (helps digestion first thing in the morning)

Glutino gluten free English muffins (found them ) topped with fresh avocado, sea salt (lil bit), capers and smoked salmon! OH MY. Breakfast is my favorite meal.
This one is loaded with Omega 3’s- good fats for ur brain health, cholesterol and heart! ❤️ 🧠

My NEW FAV snack! Just picked these up from this past weekend at VegStock in Tatamy! These are SO good I could eat a whole (big) bag by myself. I’m only sorry I didn’t get more. They won’t last long! Even my boys liked em. I’m a savory/ salt snack kinda girl and I’m not a big beef jerky fan. Also jot vegan, but I LOVE these!!
Can’t wait to order more online. Maybe I’ll sell them on my truck ? 🤔

Vitamin C salad for brunch! Did you know strawberries have more vitamin C than oranges? Here my son Jack chopped up this simple salad to go with our Sunday brunch (my favorite meal! 😋)

Inside: bananas, also contain Vit C along with manganese, (which is good for your skin and bones!) and of course potassium. Bananas help to aid digestion, reduce menstrual pain, fight depression and obesity.

Strawberries: also high in all of the above Vitamins and minerals, but add folate to the list. Folate is a B vitamin which is a key vitamin (B9) for pregnant women and for older adults benefits in increasing cognitive function!

Good ole Apples: of course the usual fiber benefit and is a good PREbiotic (helps feed PRObitocs which in turn help with your immune system!) Did you know apples also contain compounds that can help fight asthma?

Last but not least: Clementines!
Boost your immune system, helps digestion and prevent constipation, good for your bones and skin!

Try this life changing side dish!
Every now and then I see a post about how people are having challenges cooking meals every night. So...I thought it might be helpful to post some simple recipes! Lmk if you’d like to see more in the comments below!

This is one of my CRAZY SUPER SIMPLE superfood recipes I use at home ALL the time. I share it with my clients and at cooking classes and it CHANGES LIVES! Why? Because it will totally shift your perception about eating healthy. It CAN be SUPER SIMPLE! And if even KALE can be DELICIOUS, imagine the other possibilities! This is my “go to” veggie and one that all of my boys choose (when given a choice ;)) and know how to make. My son Cooper, helped me here.
