Today was graduation day from the conservatory portion of for my musical theatre kiddo

AND THEN a fantastic musical theatre performance from her cohort

Her - and her amazing classmates were 🔥🔥🔥

Thank you to for all of your vocal training to get her to AMDA

Thank you to / for her dancing foundation. Ms Julie you will never know just how important you are to us and how you came to us at the exact moment we needed

Thank you to for all the dance and expertise you gave Rhianna over the years - you saw something others couldn’t see in her

Thank you to for your contribution to her acting experience, you helped her to know she was on the path she needed to be on

First let me say when it comes to fertility - it’s not all in your head.

And while hypnosis is not a magic wand, I know this things to be true:

Chronic Stress directly impacts:
• Hormone Balance
• Ovulation Patterns
• S***m Quality
• Factors surrounding implantation
• IUI/ IVF outcomes

Hypnosis works by calming the nervous system, reducing cortisol, helping to shift the body out of fight or flight and into a state of supporting healing and balance and homeostasis (aka all systems normal)

You do not have to walk this path alone, I have so many ways to help you on this path

When was your last date with your Acupuncturist?

Today is a rest/ behind the scenes day. I’m resting my foot, working on some art, writing some hypnosis scripts and watching some education videos (suddenly that sounds less restful but I swear I’m recharging)

I’ll be back in the office tomorrow and Friday
afternoon!

Did you know that this is my first chance to treat a broken foot in real time?

Usually I see patients later in their recovery.
