Her nomination reads, "I am honored to nominate my boss, Brianna Sherlock, for Employee of the Month because her impact reaches far beyond her job title. She leads with her heart, and it shows in everything she does. Her dedication to Box Butte General Hospital’s values is something she lives and exhibits every day. Brianna always puts patients first, ensuring their physical health, safety, and emotional well-being are never compromised. No one is ever made to feel overlooked or unimportant in her presence whether it's patients, coworkers, or her own employees. She has the ability to make people feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for, even during the most challenging moments. Patients and staff alike trust her because they truly know she will always do what’s right. As a leader and a team player, she brings people together in a way that is special. She makes everyone feel included and valued, regardless of role or department. She is always willing to step in and help wherever she is needed, never seeking recognition or praise. She does it simply because she cares. The selflessness and willingness that Brianna shows daily speaks volumes about her character.
