I'm excited for my first offering of a yoga class integrating Energy Medicine and Nervous System regulation skills with some gentle yoga movements. As a trauma informed therapist and Advanced Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner, I believe that working with the body and the nervous system is integral to healing from trauma. This class is filled with lots of skills for participants to take home and utilize for their own healing process.

I'm very excited to announce that I will be a presenter at this upcoming Healing Retreat for Therapists and Trauma-informed clinicians being held in one of the most beautiful places in the world, Costa Rica! I spent 3 weeks on a personal sabbatical in Costa Rica and it was so very good for my body, mind and spirit. This is a wonderful opportunity to recharge, replenish and renew yourself, immersed in natural beauty, eating fresh and healthy food, and learning amazing ways to continue your own self-care, earning 18 continuing education credits. It is so important to do our own self-care so we can better do the important work of helping others heal. And remember you can take this off your taxes as a business expense.
Take a look, pass it on and reach out if you have any questions! It's going to be an amazing week of learning and meeting new folks as well as exploring beauty of Costa Rica, which claims 6% of the world's biodiversity!

I just saw this poem and it very much resonated with me so I wanted to pass it along hoping the words will also be timely for someone else😊

Patience visited me
And it reminded me
That good things take time to come to fruition
And grow slowly with stability

Peace visited me
And it reminded me
That I may remain calm through the storms of life
Regardless of the chaos surrounding me

Hope visited me
And it reminded me
That better times lay ahead
And it would always be there to guide and uplift me

Humility visited me

That I may achieve it
Not by trying to shrink myself and make myself less
But by focusing on serving the world and uplifting those around me

Kindness visited me

To be more gentle, forgiving and compassionate toward myself

Many of you know that I decided to take a personal sabbatical for rest, rejuvenation, and overall reset for myself and moving forward with sharing my gifts with the world. I have been in Costa Rica two weeks now and have been experiencing much soul growth and lessons in trust and allowing for energy to just flow as it’s meant to. Looking forward to sharing more about this journey as it unfolds. For now here are some photos of the natural beauty and ecological diversity here 😊
