It’s that time of year again! We are blessed to have so many wonderful patients and athletes who are generous with their donations to our yearly charity drive. This year we chose Second Harvest Thrift Shop in Sharpsburg as our local charity. They are doing amazing things in the community and will soon be opening a nonprofit fresh food market! (Read more about their exciting new mission at www.secondharvestthrift.com) While they are hard at work, we would love to help them in the meantime to keep their current community fridge stocked with supplies. We will be collecting pantry items December 1-19. You can drop off donations anytime Monday- Friday at our clinic. Thank you in advance for your kindness and generosity!! ❤️❤️

Pilates is back for the summer! Join us every Wednesday from 9am-10am, starting Wednesday June 4th. This is an all levels mat class that will focus on core/gluteal strength and flexibility. Price is $15/class or a 4 class pass is available for $55. Hope to see you on the mat! 🧘🏻‍♀️🤸🏽‍♀️

Thank you to the Marzolf Pre-K class for inviting us out to speak to them about exercise, healthy habits, and physical therapy. We had so much fun with the kids, rotating through the different activity stations and learning how exercise can be fun!
