Wheeewie what a storm! This is one of those days I’m happy I don’t work on Mondays 😂 There’s nothing more empowering than 5 women working together to get out 3 snowed in vehicles in 2 hours 💪🏼 but wowie does my body hurt now. Who knew shoveling was a full body workout! Add your snowy pictures below!
• First picture is snow drifts halfway up our garage (3feet at least)
• second picture is my husband on a mound of snow yesterday when they had only plowed once. It’s about 3x that high now.

Do you ever have pain in your hand webbing? The area between your thumb and pointer finger? Cross your legs one over the other and place your hand on your leg (or do this on a table!) Put your elbow on the area that hurts and when you find the spot… sit there for a while, whatever feels right to you. Move your fingers a bit to help extend and flex the muscles in your hand. When you feel ready, release, and see how your hand feels. Try this technique on the opposite side of the hand as well and see if there’s tension there too.

Clients always ask if my hands hurt from massage. Most of the time my hands are fine. This is a special case where my hand hurt, not from massaging, but from holding a tightly bound book that I was reading the night before. Sometimes the most mundane things will get you 😂😂
