Thinking about Valentine’s Day has made me realize the most important form of love is self love. You can’t love others if you don’t love yourself first. You have to fill your cup before you can pour into others. Self care is the most powerful form of self love. Massage, to me, is a great form of self care. Massage forces you to lay with yourself, your feelings, thoughts, insecurities, and emotions and really feel how you’re feeling; physically, mentally, and emotionally. This Valentine’s Day, take time to do some self care. Fill your cup. Book a massage. And above all else, love yourself ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Just a little PSA from your sickly massage therapist who’s been down with a cold for two days now… if you’re sick… please stay home. Reschedule your massage. I would much rather you reschedule than come in sick and coughing and risk getting me and my clients sick. Also, wash your hands with soap and water. I know, I shouldn’t need to say it, but the amount of people I can hear in the bathroom across the hall from my room that either run the water for 5 seconds and “wash their hands” or the people who just flat out don’t wash their hands and walk out of the bathroom is insane to me! Let’s do better people!
