I’ll be offering a restorative yoga class-perfect for all levels- at the end of the month, as well as ending the class with an oracle card to set a new intention for the month ahead.

Class details:
-Sunday March 29th at 11 am EST
-Beginner friendly / props encouraged but not mandatory
-30 min class
