Rise & Thrive Chiropractic LLC Paige Dines D.C. Dr. Paige Dines has been practicing Chiropractic since September 2018. Dr. Dines was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan and grew up in Lakeview.

She attended Montcalm Community College for a few years and transitioned to Ferris State University where she earned her bachelor's degree at Ferris State University. Dr. Dines earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She is certified by the Board of National Chiropractic Examiners in Chiropractic and Physiotherapy. During her internsh

Sherman College Chiropractic Health Center recognizes an intern each month who excels in clinical performance, patient management, professionalism and analytical/adjusting technique. Dr. Dines practices Gonstead, Divirsified, Thompson and Activator techniques. Dr. Dines has been Advanced certified in Activator Methods technique since 2018. Dr. Dines also performs the Webster, a special technique dedicated to pregnancy. Dr. Dines enjoys exploring every avenue of natural holistic health, especially supplements and herbs.
