Imagine Possibilities We imagine possibilities every day for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities!

IMAGINE POSSIBILITIES is licensed by the State of Oregon to provide services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Founded in 1959, by pioneering families within the community, we celebrate a relentless progressive spirit of wanting meaningful opportunities for our participants, everyday. We believe everyone is an individual, is a vital member of our community, and has a lifetime of limitless potential. No achievement is too small and every achievement is a step toward another. Our progressive programs are designed to give individuals an environment for growth on a personal level. We provide an array of services including but not limited to flexible adult and child daytime respite care, one-on-one education, volunteer opportunities in the community, summer camp, daycare, recreation, and advocacy. We provide an alternate to employment in which people can be active and have independent companionship outside of the family environment during the day. We have a large fenced yard with swings that can accommodate wheelchairs, a dedicated and compassionate staff, a building with an environment designed to soothe participants needing structured peace, and great big facility that is secure and filled with laughter and joy.

We’re extending our Supply Drive through December 12th to support the Beaverton Resource Center this holiday season!

Donations can be dropped off at our center during business hours — Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Unable to shop? Our participants would be thrilled to shop on your behalf.
Every gift helps support local families and strengthens our community.

**** Important Update ****

In 12 hours, we had over 400 different families request tickets, which is the most we have ever had

All of our tickets were allocated within 2 and a half hours.

Option 1 - Were all allocated by 9:11 pm, Nov. 15th
Option 2 - Were all allocated by 9:37 pm, Nov. 15th
Option 3 - Were all allocated by 9:43 pm, Nov. 15th

We are very sorry we could not provide tickets to everybody.

Throughout the year, we will have different options, so please follow up on our social media channels.

Oregon ZooLights 2025

Autism Empowerment, in partnership with the Oregon Zoo, has limited complimentary tickets for ZooLights. Tickets are on a first-come basis. These tickets are for people we serve, Autism Empowerment volunteers, and supporters of Spectrum Life Magazine.

🐵Please request Choice 1 or Choice 2 or Choice 3.

🐧We want as many different people to participate as possible.
🦓Choice 1 or 2 gives you the option of two entry days.
🦝Each ticket is only good one time.

❤️Choice 1: Sunday, November 23rd or Monday, November 24th, 2024
🧡Choice 2: Monday, December 8th, 2025 or Tuesday, December 9th, 2025
💜Choice 2: Sunday, January 4th (Last Night of Zoo Lights)

⏰ZooLights Hours: 4:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Admission opens at 4:30 pm. (last entry 7 p.m.)

Cost: Free, but tickets are VERY limited! We will fill requests until all the tickets are spoken for. You can request up to 8 tickets. These tickets are not for resale and can only be used once.

We're kicking off our 3rd annual fall food drive benefiting Beaverton Recourse Center. In these uncertain times, it's more important than ever to support our community and ensure no one goes hungry during the holiday season.
While our participants will be eagerly shopping for food during community outings, you may drop off dry foods or personal hygiene items at our center any time during business hours.
