Stay Steady on Your Feet this Winter ❄️ ❄️ ❄️

•Wear rubber soles shoes or ice grippers
•Use assistive device such as trekking poles, add ice grippers to your cane or walker
•Keep sidewalks and stairs clear of ice and snow, maintain well lit paths

Cold weather often = decreased activity

Consider your strength 💪🏼 and balance 🦵 , plan time for indoor exercise or check out your local health complex to stay active in the winter months!

Help those in our community that need a little extra Christmas cheer🎄 The Salvation Army organizes gifts and food through donation to help serve people in need during the holiday season. Angel Tree gifts are requested by local children that may not otherwise receive the gifts on their wish list 💫 Tags can be picked up at Thunder Bay Fyzical Therapy, with unwrapped gifts being dropped off by December 8th. Your generosity is very much appreciated!

We had a blast at the Rogers City Trunk or Treat this past Saturday! The weather was beautiful and the turn out was amazing, we had over 300 trick or treaters in 2 hours!
