Recovery Care Team offers a unique resource for those enrolled in Medicaid. Your customized care team includes a Peer Recovery Coach, nurse, doctor, and clinician to provide you with the most support!

Reach out to Catholic Human Services for more information or to take advantage of this free service!

We have an upcoming clinic on Monday, March 9th in the Traverse City and Cadillac regions to help individuals enrolled in Medicaid access free, personalized support for substance use recovery.

This program is like a premium subscription—but FREE for Medicaid enrollees.

Yes, we will have Thanksgiving food bags distribution (those dates and times to be announced soon), but we are also continuing Thanksgiving Day Dinner!

This year it will be held at The Salvation Army on Wright Street.
