They think I’m always surrounded by friends.
They think hosting means I’m endlessly social.

Here’s what’s actually true.

My name is Elona.
I’m the creator behind WINENOT? and Events by Elona

I’m shy.
I recharge at home.
I don’t love being the center of attention.
I get nervous before events. Then I switch into hosting mode —so everyone else can relax.

Hosting isn’t my personality.
It’s a skill I’ve learned — intentionally.

Behind the scenes, I’m working.
Reading the room.
Holding the energy.
Making sure no one feels overlooked.

I don’t host to be seen.
I host so others are.

WINENOT? exists because connection matters to me —
the kind that feels grounded, thoughtful, and real.

What you’re seeing is the welcome pour for our Galentine’s Cake & Champagne Experience — an intimate evening inside Auntie Kim’s Pound Cakes , where just 15 women gather for a festive yet intimate celebration.

The night begins with a glass of V***e Clicquot, followed by a behind-the-scenes bakery experience where guests decorate their own mini bundt-style pound cake using premium finishes like edible gold flakes and specialty toppings — all while interacting with the baker herself.

From there, we move into a guided tasting of four signature pound cake flavors, thoughtfully paired with champagne and wine, and finished with a cozy final pairing of coffee or Kahlúa.
