We have FOUR (yes, four!!) expectant mommies on the team, and our staff pulled off the sweetest surprise baby shower to celebrate them!

From thoughtful gifts to balloons and lots of love, it was such a special team-building moment.

t’s another Wonderful Worker Wednesday here at Therapyland and today we’re highlighting team member Jade!

Originally from Waldorf, Maryland, Jade has been apart of the TL family since 2024.

Her favorite work tasks? Helping out with the BCBA to-do box and pairing with clients — building those strong foundations and connections from the very start

When we asked what she loves most about her job, she shared:
“Being an RBT means aiding my clients to reach their fullest potential, encouraging functional communication and appropriate play skills and advocating for their needs, wants and creating a space where they feel safe and accepted.”

That dedication to helping clients feel safe, supported, and understood is exactly what makes her such a valued part of our team

Outside of work, Jade enjoys gardening, hiking, and catching up on sleep, and fun fact: when she was little, she wanted to be a designer!
