We are excited to welcome Maggie Barde as our Community Liaison! Maggie brings a strong background in health care operations, admissions, and sales and marketing to her role at Synergy HomeCare. She began her career working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at a long-term acute care facility, gaining firsthand clinical experience and a deep understanding of patient care. She later advanced into the role of Admissions Coordinator at a skilled nursing facility, where she managed a broad range of responsibilities including client intakes, facilitated tours, insurance benefit verification, and collaboration with clinical and administrative teams.
After relocating to Georgia, Maggie further refined her sales and marketing expertise while working with multiple organizations throughout the North Atlanta area. Known for her professionalism, positive approach, and strong problem-solving skills, she is committed to delivering client-centered solutions and building trusted referral relationships.
Maggie earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, Advertising, and Communications from Florida International University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, visiting family, and spending time with her two dogs Sully and Tucker.
