Reaching your provider shouldn’t be complicated.

At Bianco Primary Care, we prioritize clear, direct communication so you can get guidance when you need it, not days later.

Whether it’s a quick question, a new symptom, or something you’re unsure about, you don’t always need to wait for a full appointment to get support.

That’s why we offer a simple, secure way to message your care team and stay connected between visits.

It’s all part of providing care that feels more accessible, responsive, and centered around you.

Most people are used to waiting weeks for an appointment, feeling rushed during visits, and struggling to get a response when questions come up.

Your membership is designed to change that.

At Bianco Primary Care, your membership is built around access, time, and a more personal approach to care — so you can actually stay on top of your health instead of reacting when something feels off.

If you’ve ever felt like care should be simpler and more personal, it’s worth taking a closer look.

Most people don’t realize there’s an alternative to the traditional primary care model.

Direct Primary Care (DPC) is designed to remove many of the common frustrations patients experience, like long wait times, rushed visits, and difficulty getting in touch with their provider.

At Bianco Primary Care, we use a DPC model to focus on what matters most: giving patients more time, better access, and care centered around long-term health, not just quick visits when something is wrong.

That means:
- Being able to reach your provider directly
- Having visits that aren’t rushed
- Focusing on prevention, not just reacting to illness

If you’ve ever felt like healthcare should be more straightforward and more personal, this model may be worth exploring.

Toilet training is an important milestone for both children and parents, but the timing can vary more than many families expect.

Most children develop the skills needed for toilet training sometime between 18 months and 3 years, with many not showing clear readiness until after age two.

Rather than focusing on a specific age, it’s often more helpful to look for signs that your child is developmentally ready, such as staying dry for longer periods, communicating their needs, and showing interest in the toilet.

Patience and positive reinforcement go a long way during this process. Every child develops at their own pace, and comparing timelines between children can create unnecessary stress.

Bianco Primary Care cares for patients from newborns through adulthood, and Dr. Malachi Groover works closely with families to support children through important developmental milestones.

If you ever have questions about toilet training or your child’s development, we’re always happy to talk through it during a visit!

A wellness visit is a dedicated appointment focused on reviewing your overall health, identifying risk factors, and screening for common conditions before they lead to complications, allowing for earlier and more effective treatment. It’s also an opportunity to build a relationship with your provider, so when concerns do arise, you’re not starting from scratch.

Studies consistently show that patients who attend regular wellness visits report better overall health and improved control of risk factors like blood pressure and cholesterol.

If you haven't had a wellness visit in the past year, now is a good time to schedule one.

If you have any questions about what to expect or which screenings are right for you, we're here to help!

Reach out to schedule your visit or discuss any concerns you may have about your preventive care today. www.biancoprimarycare.com

At Bianco Primary Care, we teach our patients that new habits require new systems. Today, we’re talking about how that applies to nutrition and achieving long-term health goals.

Nutrition is one of the most powerful tools we have to support overall health and help prevent disease. That’s why our providers focus on helping patients build sustainable habits.

Here are 3 realistic ways to establish better nutrition and achieve your goals:

1. Set your primary goal as being healthy and feeling better, not just weight loss. Weight loss can be a secondary benefit, but it shouldn’t be your "reason". Healthy eating is a journey, not a destination; there shouldn’t be an end date to good nutrition.

2. Do not use fad diets or make drastic changes to what you do now. These approaches aren’t sustainable, can disrupt daily life and family routines, and often fail over time.

3. Set a specific calorie and protein goal and track these for as long as it takes to get comfortable with what meeting those targets looks like for you. Experiment until it feels realistic and enjoyable to maintain.

If you’re not sure how to put this into practice, our team is here to help. We can walk you through identifying nutrition and macro targets that align with your health goals. Reach out to schedule a visit and start the conversation.

New year, same challenges? By this time of the year, most people have already given up on their New Year’s resolutions to exercise more and eat better.... but why? New habits require new systems or routines.

At Bianco Primary Care, we believe lifestyle plays a powerful role in both preventing and treating disease. That’s why our providers focus on helping patients build sustainable habits, not short-term fixes. One way we do that is by focusing on simple systems that make exercise easier to stick with.

Today, we’re sharing three essential components that help patients establish exercise as part of their lives:

1. Choose the where, when, and how long ahead of time. Be specific and write it down.

2. Have a specific workout program to follow so you’re not figuring it out in the moment.

3. Track your exercise to see progress over time. This helps ensure you’re pushing yourself to improve each session and gives you a longer view of what you’ve been able to accomplish.

If you need help with these habits or setting goals, please reach out to us. As a full-service primary care practice, we’re here to support your health goals through exercise and lifestyle planning, disease prevention and management, as well as acute concerns as they come up.

You can call our office or message us directly if you have questions.
