Facebook friends;
It has been a while since I’ve been on FB and other social medias. Social media has become more of a propaganda stage then an informing stage; social media has become a device of tool rather than a surgical tool to bring us together.
I want to be a suture/a tool of bringing us together with scripture, sound wisdom and understanding. It’s easy to tear something down; but what if we can as a group, what if we can discuss, ponder and reflect on important issues , as well as, discuss them like adults. I will be posting weekly and I would appreciate your comments, corrections, and know what you truly think about. In the coming month, I will officially launch my YouTube channel so that Frank discussions and treatment alternatives can be presented. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Hello FB friends, in my experience; being a father is not an easy undertaking. It requires determination, patience and perseverance. Some men lack maturity, that lack of maturity can cause a great deal of problems with parenting children and being a healthy and dependable husband. Men, it is responsible to recognize and work on your struggles. Seeking help is wise and shows character.
So ladies, choose your man wisely because they can influence the course of your children's future forever.

Something to Ponder,; Being Mature and being an Adult are very different things.... Maturity is drawing from the power and resources within yourself, maturity is the art of being responsible for your actions, being sensitive and considerate towards others and having the ability to change and adapt to circumstances. An emotionally mature person is always adding value to himself and those around... You can be an Adult (pay bills, have children, etc) and not be Mature.

Brothers, do not be children in your thinking. Be infants in evil, but in your thinking be mature. 1Cor. 14-20 (NIV)

TODAY’S MOTIVATION. I'm inzpired.

This is Jim Thorpe. Look closely at the photo, you can see that he's wearing different socks and shoes. This wasn't a fashion statement. It was the 1912 Olympics, and Jim, an American Indian from Oklahoma represented the U.S. in track and field. On the morning of his competitions, his shoes were stolen. Luckily, Jim ended up finding two shoes in a garbage can. That's the pair that he's wearing in the photo. But one of the shoes was too big, so he had to wear an extra sock. Wearing these shoes, Jim won two gold medals that day.

This is a perfect reminder that you don't have to resign to the excuses that have held you back. So what if life hasn't been fair? What are you going to do about it today? Whatever you woke up with this morning; stolen shoes, ill health, failed relationships, failed business, don't let it stop you from running your race. You can experience more in life if you'll get over the excuses and get on with living. You can have reasons or you can have results...but you can't have both.
