I walk along my path, a warrior and priestess. I enter similar spaces with new eyes and awakened soul; with a greater perspective, and an open heart.

I am so grateful, firstly, to all of my teachers, mentors, and guides. I am grateful for my experiences and what I’ve walked through to evolve and grow. Whatever needed to dissolve and decompose was purposeful.

Our Story

Live Your Best Life!

Live your best life is mantra, a declaration, a celebration of our existence and oneness. Throughout my journey of healing and my awakening, I’ve connected with the most amazing people and have found that I respond best to those who are loving and kind, who wouldn’t, right? But seriously, I’ve met some amazing people in my life, and I’ve been encouraged to live my best life by watching mentors walking the walk if you will. We have this influential ability as human beings (think monkey see – monkey do) to mentor others and lead the way by example. And what I’ve found to be profoundly impactful, is our ability to encourage one another through gratitude, respect, compassion, empathy, and loving-kindness. When embodying these values, we can see a lasting and positive impact and connection within our families, friendships, workplaces, and communities.

Core concepts include gratitude, reverence for all beings, compassion, empathy, and loving-kindness; we also talk about incorporating wellness principles in our lives, like education, spirituality, meditation, and health. These are topics of conversation and action within my community, my tribe. Together we are actively embodying the values that make connection and loving-kindness thrive!

As a counselor, mentor, leader, and believer that God and the Universe have our back, and that we can manifest the life we want, leads me to my new mantra, for me to live my best life, and create space for others to do the same. I look forward to walking side by side with you to grow and learn and create a great life, moment to moment, full of bliss and blessings.

When I was unhappy, I would say, when people would ask how I'm doing, I would day, "living the dream." And we've heard this from our friends and family, people at work, on social media and television and movies, and it's this flash light on our culture that shows how cynical and sarcastic we've become, and settled into accepting the cards we've been dealt instead of celebrating life, and we can do that when we embrace living your best life now.

When I'm at home, and I'm writing in my gratitude journal, or adding a trinket or document to my happiness jar, I often look at my plants. If you've been on my Instagram it's a celebration of my connection with plants #plantmom and I love my plant babies. And I watch them and I think about when I brought them home, and the growth cycles they go through, the ups and downs, and how they are thriving and it's a daily reminder, a huge ah-ha for me, that we exist, but are we celebrating that? And so often I think the answer is no because we're stuck in routine and facade and nonsense, when we can simply celebrate who we are, a wonder of nature, a thriving, beautiful, complex, needy, moody - I mean right? Plants teach me so much about the human condition, and my reaction to them - how long is she going to talk about plants? LOL

So I brought home a Ficus Aubrey, and the horticulturist was like - oh she's less finicky than the fiddle (the fiddle leaf fig) which I've never had issues with so I'm like, I got this. And we do that in life, right? We say to a brand-new situation, Oh I've done something like this before so I've got this, but life is so complicated and the situation is new, we have no idea how it's going to play out, but we downplay or overly inflate our capabilities, our ego wakes up, right? And takes charge, and then we fail, the Ficus Aubrey is fine now if ya'll are worried about her, it was touch and go there for a bit but we're in a good place! Few! Because it hurts me if they're hurting (the plants) because I do believe we have a connection to all living things and to take care of them is important, like caring for each other, it's important.

Compassion and empathy make lasting impressions on people. We've heard the saying, they may forget what you said, but they will never forget how you made them feel. That's powerful. For example, my plants, they'll show me how they feel, if they droop, or change color, or drop leaves or reach up, they're communicating a need, and as people we also communicate and need others, we need connection, we all want healing, we all want to be loved and accepted, right? That's a fundamental human right, to be treated with dignity and respect. We do this thing where if we’re stuck in a routine, we never leave it – I encourage people to take chances, try new things, and celebrate their existence!
