If your heel hurts every time you try to stay active… it’s usually not just a foot issue.

What most active women start to notice isn’t just pain, it’s the frustration of not being able to walk, exercise, or keep up with daily routines the way they used to.

Plantar fasciitis is rarely about the foot alone.

It’s often the result of how your body is moving as a system:
Limited ankle mobility changes how you load each step
Foot instability forces extra strain with every stride
Strength deficits higher up the chain create ongoing compensation
