I am posting this because the Blair Upper Cervical Chiropractic technique that I use at Agape Upper Cervical Health Center has positively impacted many lives in my 13 years of practice.

As one of the 125 Blair practitioners worldwide and member of the Blair Upper Cervical Chiropractic Society(BUCCS) board of directors, I can attest to the many challenges experienced in our attempt to spread Blair to the world.

One of our goals is to publish more research articles in peer review journals to substantiate the credibility of this 70-year-old technique to the wider healthcare community.

Unfortunately, publishing research costs money and we have been actively contributing to our research fund throughout 2025. However, we are still $5000.00 short of our goal. Using cervical heat readings before and after the Blair UC adjustment provides another assessment for the effectiveness of the atlas correction. Green means "better" alignment has been attained!

I have been doing alot healthy baking on my "better body" journey! This banana bread has been my husband's favorite!! Great ingredients (bananas, cinnamon, raisins, oat flour, coconut sugar, butter and coconut milk, plus baking soda & baking powder) and tastes amazing. I only use the Bundt pan to make it look special.

Bad posture causes abnormal pressure that changes the alignment of the spine. Children are not too young to develop pain in the neck, upper shoulders, middle back and lower back.
