Alloy was founded in 1992. Through our facility in Roswell, GA, and our worldwide licensing system, Team Alloy has helped countless people get in the best shape of their lives and helped them realize that being fit is much more than what we see in the mirror – it helps us live life to the fullest.

We understand that it is not an easy journey to a fitter, healthier place. Whether it is the convenience and abundance of high-calorie foods or the sedentary lifestyle of the technological revolution, the cards are stacked against us. Here’s what we do know: if we can master our physical selves and achieve a better state of health and fitness, we can overcome almost anything. We can then lead by example and in the process become better mothers, fathers, friends, neighbors, community leaders – better humans!
